5.3 Client-Specific Deliverables
Clients own the specific deliverables created for them (e.g., "Client Brand Governance Policy v1.0" codified in Brando®, custom analysis, implementation documentation) but NOT the underlying IBOM® framework, Brando® technology, or methodologies used to create them.

- Advanced Analytica may use the same or similar methodologies to create data sets for other clients, including competitors
6. No Joint Ownership or Co-Development
6.1 Explicit Declaration
By accessing this Site or engaging Advanced Analytica for services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- IBOM® and Brando® are pre-existing proprietary methodologies and technologies owned by Advanced Analytica
- No client engagement, consulting relationship, or collaboration creates joint ownership, co-development rights, or co-authorship of IBOM®, Brando®, or any derivatives
- All customisations, improvements, and applications remain Advanced Analytica property
- Client input, feedback, requirements, or funding do NOT create intellectual property ownership rights
- IBOM® was developed independently by Advanced Analytica and predates any client engagement
6.2 Waiver of Claims
You expressly waive any right to claim:
- Joint authorship, co-ownership, or co-development of IBOM®, Brando®, or any derivatives
- Intellectual property rights in methodologies, processes, frameworks, or approaches learned, developed, or applied during engagements
- Restrictions on Advanced Analytica's use of IBOM® or Brando® with other clients, including your competitors
- Ownership of improvements, enhancements, or customisations to IBOM® or Brando®, even if developed during or for your engagement
- That funding development work creates ownership rights in the resulting intellectual property

8. Alignment with UK AI Policy
8.1 Independent Development for Policy Implementation
IBOM® has been independently developed by Advanced Analytica to provide a structured implementation framework for enterprise AI governance. The methodology aligns with principles outlined in the UK Government's AI Opportunities Action Plan (January 2025), particularly:
- Structured approaches to AI adoption (the "Scan > Pilot > Scale" methodology described in Recommendations 31-46)
- Data governance and codification practices (referenced in Recommendations 7-13)
- AI safety, validation, and compliance frameworks (referenced in Recommendations 23-30)
- Mission-focused implementation approaches (Recommendation 31)
Note: This alignment reflects Advanced Analytica's independent analysis of the Action Plan and does not constitute government endorsement, approval, or recognition of IBOM®.
8.2 Preservation of Independent Methodology
IBOM® has been developed as an independent, reusable framework applicable across multiple organisations and sectors. To maintain its effectiveness and availability for diverse applications, Advanced Analytica retains full ownership to ensure IBOM®:
- Remains available for application across public and private sector organisations
- Can evolve in response to emerging AI governance requirements and best practices
- Maintains independence from any single client's proprietary interests
- Continues to support best-practice AI implementation across the UK economy
No client engagement or commercial arrangement shall transfer ownership of IBOM® in a manner that would limit its availability as a general-purpose implementation framework.
